    We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and maintain current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has trade experience and is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a defined geographic area. Their primary goal is to drive revenue growth, maintain customer relationships, and expand market presence. The roles and responsibilities include : Sales & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns. • Conduct regular visits to key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis & Business Development • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Identify potential markets and develop plans to increase market share. • Recommend product improvements or new product opportunities based on customer feedback. Product Knowledge & Training • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. • Train customers and internal teams on product benefits and features. • Assist clients with product selection and purchasing decisions. Sales Operations & Reporting • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth and customer acquisition. • Use CRM and sales tools to manage customer accounts and track interactions. Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with internal teams and administration. • Coordinate with distribution and supply chain teams to ensure product availability. • Support promotional campaigns and trade shows to boost sales. Negotiation & Contract Management • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Manage disputes and resolve issues to maintain strong business relationships. Territory Management & Travel • Plan and optimize travel schedules to maximize customer visits. • Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory to meet sales goals. • Manage expenses and stay within budget while traveling. Sales Strategy & Goal Setting • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for the territory. • Align sales activities with company objectives and growth plans. • Adjust strategies based on market changes and company priorities. Qualifications: • A successful candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills , along with a deep understanding of the HVAC wholesale distribution industry. Adaptability, problem-solving, and relationship-building are also crucial for sustained success. • 2+ years trade experience required. • English is a must. • Excellent employment track record. Compensation: $60,000+ on target earnings
