We’re seeking a highly experienced Supermarket Rack Technician to join our service team. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • PTO Responsibilities: The ideal candidate has deep experience working with complex rack refrigeration systems in grocery stores or cold storage environments and can troubleshoot, repair, and optimize systems with minimal supervision. • Diagnose and repair refrigeration rack systems (CO₂ and HFC systems preferred) • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on refrigeration and control systems. • Handle compressor changeouts, EEV retrofits, leak detection, and defrost issues. • Program and troubleshoot control systems (Emerson E2, Danfoss, etc) • Respond to emergency service calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism. • Complete service documentation and communicate findings with clients and management. • Mentor junior techs and help promote a safety-first culture. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with supermarket rack systems. • EPA Universal Certification required. • OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred and will be required within the first 60 days of employment. • Experience with CO₂ transcritical racks is a strong plus. • Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; a class E driver's license is required for use of company vehicles. • Willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Compensation: $35 - $50 hourly DOE
