CUSTOMER RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Sales Team Leader
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
To support the growth of Premier Fall Protection by providing excellent customer service to existing customers while also developing new local business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide superior service to clients, existing and new accounts and maintain exceptional client relations.
Reach out to existing customers to generate opportunities and verify account information.
Handle in bound calls and qualify prospective customers.
Advise customers on company information, sell products and services, deals and promotions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. (Outlook, Zoho, Word and Excel.)
Answer customer service calls/requests
Follow up and maintain communications with current customers, while building solid relationships with our clients
Maintain customer and potential customer database, including customer service
Sell soft goods and material sales
Call on expired SRL and System Recerts
Write bid requests and complete all paperwork accurately and timely
Send mass email updates RE:(ANSI/OSHA, Current Product/Recertification Specials)
Field reporting or similar program
Possible Trade Shows
Communicate supply orders to Corporate office Administrative assistant
Distribute office mail along with other administrative duties

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
The employee must have the physical ability to climb up to rooftops to perform a complete site inspection.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
TRAVEL
20% travel, travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in Construction helpful
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Sales experience.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Requires an energetic and confident person with a proven track record in selling, Ambitious with a want to drive sales ahead of target with the view of expanding sales and lead the business to the next level, a history of understanding Fall Protection and Safety is an advantage but is not a requirement, Valid driver’s license, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Attitude, Computer Skills, Independence, influential
