We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. Responsibilities: • Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way • Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage • Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Help the front desk staff with check-in and guest requests • Drive guests within two-mile radius • Drive Wedding party guests to reception halls Qualifications: • Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills • 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds • Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED Compensation: $10+ hourly
