    How do I make an impact on my team?

    Our innovative Regional Sales Manager enjoy the opportunity of driving sales for award-winning properties within close proximity to high-demand markets.

    Identify strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments

    Ability to sell value, tell our story & create an experience for our customers and customer prospects

    Conduct regular sales calls to current customers and potential new customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence

    Provide current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the property facilities

    Enhance customer relations and increase business for the property

    Maintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel SalesPro

    What does success look like in this role?

    Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities

    Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative

    Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion

    Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution

    Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and organized

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

    Reliability and honesty

    Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
