How do I make an impact on my team?
Our friendly and outgoing Food and Beverage Supervisor will provide exceptional guest service by preparing exciting beverages for our guests.
Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets.
Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients to ensure guest loyalty.
Supervise food & beverage staff to include assisting in recruitment & selection, training & development, scheduling, and other employee relations’ issues.
Is trained and able to perform any food & beverage front of the house position at the property.
Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by ensuring policies and procedures are executed shift to shift.
Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all food & beverage related products.
Prepare accurate and refreshing beverages and drinks
Ensure guest safety and property safety by reporting suspicious behavior and tracking alcohol consumption
Perform work duties in compliance with all property brand safety and security procedures and local health department standards
What does success look like in this role?
Must have a minimum 1 year experience in bartending and food service
Must be able to work the PM shift
Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
Strong attention to detail and organized
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
