    The Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU, located in the Grandview Yard has immediate openings for Room Attendants. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to maintain guest rooms to ensure an exceptional experience.

    Our attractive compensation package includes $10.00 Hourly Wage, 401K with match, dining and travel discounts, special offers from our business partners, and discount programs for selected cell phone providers. Full time associates are eligible to receive Vacation, PTO after 90 days , Life insurance, and eligibility to participate in Medical/Dental insurance plans.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Warmly greet all guests.

    Ensure the safety of all guests and guests’ belongings.

    Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms according to daily assignment and standards.

    Stock and organize housekeeping cart at the beginning and end of each shift.

    Prepare/clean rooms for all guests by removing all trash, changing all bed linens and bath room terry, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom area, replenishing guest room amenities, dusting common areas in room and vacuuming room as needed.

    Remove room service trays from guest rooms when needed.

    Vacuum outside of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness of guest hallways at all times.

    Must have flexible availability in scheduling to include weekends and holidays.

    Position requires bending, reaching, and kneeling to perform duties.

    Other duties as assigned by Management.
