The HYATT PLACE COLUMBUS/OSU is looking to hire a small cleaning and staging team to help with the clean up and removal of construction material during their renovation! This position will pay $17 HOURLY.

The post renovation cleaning and staging team is responsible for providing the clean up and removal of construction material and debris and assisting in the moving and staging of the property. These individuals plays a key role in ensuring that the area has been properly cleaned and is prepped. After the areas have been cleaned the renovation and cleaning team will be responsible for assembling any furniture, moving furniture to proper areas and for ensuring that the space has been set correctly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean up of debris and trash. Ensuring all dust and material has been disposed of.
• Cleaning of windows and surfaces. Wipe down of ceiling fixtures, lights, registers, walls, windows, sills mirrors, baseboards, counters, and any other surfaces as needed.
• Furniture assembly
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure that all checklists have been completed for the day.
• Execute staging areas in a timely and organized fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas
• Must be self-motivated and organized.
• Adherence to all safety rules and regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Associate may have to stand walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

2. Associate is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers, to handle or feel.

4. Associate must be able to see talk and hear.

REQUIRED SKILLS
