    This is a paid Hyatt internship program for students interested in Marketing in the Hospitality industry. This internship offers exposure and insight into a hotel's sales and marketing division. The position starts at $16/hour and you will be eligible for discounted room rates at Hyatt Hotels as well as other Hyatt part-time benefits! Within the sales and marketing department and under the responsibility of sales and marketing director, the intern will participate by supporting the hotel's marketing team primarily in the implementation of e-commerce, marketing and social media strategies. - Participate in the animation of the social networks of the hotel and restaurant outlets (programming calendar, setting up contests, taking photos) - Keep Hyatt Brand Manager updated with most recent photo/video assets and share new Hyatt Regency brand assets with property leadership team - Participate in the creation of promotional offers for hotel, spa and restaurants - Participate in the creation of visual-flyers for distribution to partners and hotel guests - Ensure all marketing materials and assets (invitations, websites, sales collateral, client gifts, etc...) are within brand standard - Participate in the launch of the hotel's seasonal initiatives - Participate in the development of partnerships of tourism partners and influencers and follow-up of the agreements currently in place - Participate in public relations activities (press releases and media kits to welcome journalists and influencers) - Participate in the organization of video- and photoshoots and cataloguing press mentions - Assist in organizing and planning property specific events and site tours - Research analysis of the programming and promotional activities of local competition and communicate to DOSM - Participate in the search for information for the development of the target markets & the coordination of sales records - Occasional welcome to the restaurants, banquets and the lobby during busy periods - Support the sales and marketing team according to the priorities of the week At Hyatt, our purpose is to care for people so they can be their best!
