    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients across home, clinic, and school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, ethical ABA services and mentoring others in the field.

    Responsibilities

    · Provide supervision to RBTs and BCBA Supervision Students in alignment with BACB guidelines.

    · Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress through data-driven decision making.

    · Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support generalization and consistency of programming.

    · Review session data and provide ongoing clinical guidance and feedback to staff.

    · Write and maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance authorizations.

    · Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications

    · Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 4 years of post-certification experience.

    · Experience across clinic, home, and school-based environments.

    · Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising RBTs and BCBA Supervision Students.

    · Reliable high-speed internet/WiFi connection suitable for telehealth and team meetings.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    · Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

    · Experience with electronic data collection platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst, DataFinch, or similar).

    · Experience writing and submitting insurance authorizations.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently within a collaborative team environment.

    Schedule & Availability

    Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Must be consistently available during scheduled hours and responsive to team communication.
