Location: 1-2 days/week in Harrisburg, PA, remainder of the week is remote. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of Harrisburg, PA.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Azure DevOps and a deep understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, facilitating UAT, and supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.

Extensive experience working in Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps for requirements and testing.

Strong background in UAT facilitation, test script writing, and defect tracking.

Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation capabilities.

Comfort and experience leading/facilitating meetings, training, and business process discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Health and Human Services (HHS) / DHS programs.

Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Cognos, or other data analytics/reporting tools.
