Today we are hiring a Hybrid, Commercial Litigation Associate (Defense side) for our client in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to five (5)  years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting preliminary investigations, responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, engaging in mediation, and drafting dispositive motions in state and federal courts. While real estate litigation and trial experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

The successful applicant should possess excellent academic credentials, commitment to community involvement, superior interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to perform effectively under pressure. Exceptional judgment, the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and clear articulation of legal strategies and courses of action are essential. Candidates must hold an active California bar license or be willing to obtain one promptly.

Hybrid schedule will be available, 3 to 5 years of experience after graduating from law school. Strong academics and stable experience are a must.
