    We want to hire YOU! We’re currently adding several Hybrid Customer Care Agent to the team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly attitude with customers

    • Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or chat

    • Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to answer questions accurately

    • Process orders, forms, and applications in an organized manner

    • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

    • Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and improve service processes

    • Share feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent

    • Prior customer service experience preferred

    • Proficient in computer use and data entry

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
