Job Description: This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with Ezer and build experience in both the field and office. Candidates will begin as a Cleaning Specialist II, where they will learn and demonstrate the Ezer Way: Look. Touch. Perfect.
With strong performance, reliability, and initiative, team members will be considered for advancement to Cleaning Specialist III and/or a hybrid field and office role, with training in scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and daily operations. Responsibilities:
Client Communication
Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
Support quotes, services, and scheduling questions; send confirmations and reminders.
Follow up for feedback and recurring service; maintain positive client relationships.
Scheduling & Job Coordination
Build, adjust, and confirm daily/weekly schedules for residential and commercial clients.
Assign jobs based on availability, skill, and location; track team availability.
Update changes in CRM (Jobber) and keep owners informed of impacts.
Administrative & Office Tasks
Maintain and update client records; organize digital documents and contracts.
Support supply checks/restock and internal calendars (meetings, events, trainings).
Daily invoicing/status checks; log skips, cancellations, and special requests.
Marketing & Sales Support
Light lead follow‑up and nurture (text/email/phone) to move prospects to scheduled.
Assist with simple marketing tasks (social posts, email sends, flyers) as needed.
Keep CRM lead fields current and note conversion status.
Staff Support
Assist onboarding (documents, schedules, basic systems walk‑throughs).
Keep clear two‑way communication between the field and office.
Help coordinate meetings, supply needs, and schedule changes.
Reporting & Tracking
Prepare simple reports on client feedback, recurring status, and cancellations.
Track basic KPIs (bonuses, performance, client retention) and daily ops trends.
In-Home (CSIII)
Lead client walk‑throughs; confirm scope and expectations before work begins.
Oversee quality control; ensure work meets Ezer standards on every visit.
Model pace, safety, and detail; mentor teammates on site when paired.
Communicate updates/issues to clients & office; document notes and photos in apps.
Requirements:
1+ year residential cleaning experience; confident with solo cleans.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, and basic CRM/software systems (Jobber preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
Employment Type:
Part‑time to Full‑time (25–40 hrs/week).
Cleanings start as early as 7:00am and end no later than 6:00pm.
Approximately 40–60% office / 40–60% field.
