Responsibilities: • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Must live within daily driving distance to the office • Must have working rights in the USA • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Compensation: $160,000 at plan
