Hybrid Work Structure
This is a hybrid position combining remote flexibility with required in-person collaboration.
- Core Remote Hours: Available and responsive Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (phone/email/Teams)
- Monthly Office Requirement: Minimum of four (4) in-office days per month on a set schedule
- Mandatory In-Person Appearances: Jury trials, mediations, non-virtual depositions, and client meetings require in-person attendance
The Role
The firm is seeking a dynamic attorney who understands the importance of providing “White Glove Service”—treating every client with dignity, respect, and consistent communication.
You will manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims, from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle a full personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including investigations, documentation, and timely filing of civil complaints
- Litigation & Court Representation: Appear at hearings, pretrial conferences, motions, mediations, and jury trials; prepare and present oral arguments
- Maximize Client Recovery: Negotiate settlements and resolve medical and insurance liens to ensure maximum client recovery
- Investigation & Discovery: Interview witnesses, review police and medical records, and collaborate with experts
- Legal Writing & Research: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; conduct legal research on statutes and case law
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure transparency and trust throughout the case lifecycle
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, assistants, and investigators to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Time & Deadline Management: Track statutes of limitation and manage court deadlines accurately

Working Conditions

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Arizona law license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Strong legal analysis and case law interpretation skills
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Valid Arizona driver’s license (maintained throughout employment)
- Professional appearance and strong client-facing demeanor
Personality, integrity, intelligence, and interpersonal skills are highly valued, along with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- $120,000 – $165,000 annually (DOE)
- Base salary plus bonus compensation tied to performance and production
Tier Structure:
- Tier I: $120,000 – $135,000
- Tier II: $135,000 – $165,000
Salary is negotiable based on experience and internal equity. This position is exempt and not eligible for overtime.
