Position: Sales & Service Team Member Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Office) Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Schedule: Every weekend off!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with their insurance needs and policy questions
Provide excellent customer service both remotely and in-office
Support sales efforts and contribute to team goals
Manage service requests efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
