About Us: We specialize in high-quality home improvements and handyman services. From bathroom and small-scale kitchen remodels to home safety modifications and general repairs, we provide a trusted solution for homeowners who want a professional and reliable partner for their projects.
We’re growing—and with that growth comes the need for a unique hybrid role: someone who has the hands-on skill to support our team in the field while also stepping into more of a project management and estimating role as we scale.
Position Overview: This is a hybrid position that blends field technician work with a path toward project management and estimating. Initially, the role will be more hands-on, assisting with and managing bathroom remodels and other residential projects. Over time, based on ability and company growth, this person will take on more responsibility for job estimation, customer communication, and operations support.
We’re looking for a skilled professional who can wear multiple hats—someone who is just as comfortable swinging a hammer as they are walking a job, preparing a scope of work, or interfacing with a customer. This is a great opportunity for a field tech who wants to grow into leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute bathroom remodels and small home improvement projects with a high standard of craftsmanship
Install shower and tub surrounds, waterproofing systems, and plumbing fixtures
Perform demo, framing, prep work, and trim carpentry
Support estimating and planning phases for upcoming jobs
Communicate with clients, subs, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
Assist with procurement, scheduling, and quality control as needed
Help support and train new hires as the team grows
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in bathroom remodels and general residential construction
Proficient in multiple trades (tile is a plus, but not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Comfortable with both hands-on work and jobsite/client management
Clear communicator with good customer service instincts
Valid driver’s license and clean background
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay based on experience and performance
Bonus opportunities tied to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and project completion
Opportunities for advancement as our team expands
Flexible scheduling with two weeks' notice
Company-branded shirts/hats and specialty tools provided
Per diem for use of personal vehicle on company-related projects
Ongoing training and mentorship for those wanting to grow into management
