    WHAT YOU'LL DO 

    • Contribute to designing and implementing solutions
    • Collaborate with internal customers (end users), business stakeholders, IT management and external resources/consultants to design, build, test and implement solutions
    • Clearly document and communicate solution design, implementation schedule,
    • Identify roadblocks to implementation or adoption and proactively help clear
    • Provide “Level 2” support on Production issues across multiple systems (ERP, WMS, EDI, PLM), and convert to “Level 3” project solutions where applicable
    • Engage with internal customers (end users) to ensure efficacy of system solutions.
    • Field internal customers’ questions and requests, organizing into task lists, gap analyses, and training needs.
    • Lead training sessions and author training documents

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • 5+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Business Intelligence Development in a Microsoft Shop environment
    • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
    • Experience working in apparel/footwear or other consumer packaged goods industry with strong knowledge of wholesale supply chain/domestic distribution or accounting/finance business processes a plus
    • Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server (SQL scripts/views/stored procedures development experience required, SSRS and database indexing/performance tuning experience highly preferred)
    • Proficiency in quickly learning front-end functionality of multiple applications/systems to provide technical support and solution guidance
    • Strong understanding of, and demonstrated adherence to, Software Development Lifecycle best practices
    • Experience designing system solutions and authoring functional specifications preferred
    • Experience with multiple ERP, WMS, NGC PLM and/or Vantage Point EDI a huge plus!
    • Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation skills demonstrated through stellar written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-managing self-starter but also a seamless collaborator to be part of a small but mighty team
    • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment, clearly communicating resource requirements, gaps and roadblocks to managers
    • Sparkling demeanor to act as an effective ambassador for the IT team and to represent Hybrid Apparel
