Pay: $40,000 – $90,000+ per year (Hourly + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs)

Job Overview

Wilson’s Appliances & Mattresses is growing and looking for a driven Hybrid Sales Specialist who can succeed both in-store and out in the local community.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Enjoys helping customers face-to-face

Is motivated to generate their own business

Wants to control their income through performance

What You’ll Do:

Inside Sales (In-Store)

Assist customers with appliance and mattress purchases

Deliver a professional, no-pressure experience

Close sales and build repeat business

Follow up with leads and past customers

Outside Sales (Field Work)

Build relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, realtors, and local businesses

Generate new sales opportunities

Represent Wilson’s in the community

Grow your own pipeline of business

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred (retail or outside sales a plus)

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable working both in-store and in the field

Valid driver’s license (for outside sales portion)
