    About the Role

    Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid school-based assignment in the Oakland area. This role blends both in-person and virtual services, supporting students across multiple school sites with a collaborative and inclusive SpEd team. Caseloads are manageable and below average, allowing you to focus on meaningful therapy and connection with students.

    Responsibilities

    Deliver evidence-based therapy and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments to diagnose communication disorders.

    Manage a caseload of students; maintain compliant and organized documentation.

    Attend and facilitate IEP meetings; write legally compliant and defensible reports.

    Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.

    Supervise an SLPA or CFY when appropriate.

    Participate in trainings and professional development activities.

    Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    Required: Current California SLP License (or eligibility in process).

    Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

    CFYs encouraged to apply.

    Experience with case management and IEP writing.

    Knowledge of Special Education laws and compliance standards.

    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

    Self-starter with excellent time management and collaboration skills.

    Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude.

    Compensation:

    Salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
