The State of Wisconsin DFI is looking for a Systems Analyst III.  *ITIL, Comp TIA+ and PMP nice to have.

8 yrs BA, QA and Project Management Skills required

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience (must have at least 8 years of experience):

• Advanced knowledge of business and technical analysis: business process documentation, process design, requirements gathering, functional design.

• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and practices.

• Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

Top Nice to Have skills:

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar

• CompTIA A+ certification of similar

• PMP certification or similar

Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation is allowed. The selected hire must be onsite a minimum of two days per week.

Project details: this position is responsible for growing and operating the Information Technology Solution Delivery program at Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).
