Who We’re Looking For PIRTEK is hiring for a Hydraulic Hose Service & Sales Technician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base in varying environmental conditions. This is a messy job that requires manual labor and on-call hours, so dedication and grit are essential. Hourly Base Pay, Plus Incentive Pay Based on Monthly Sales Targets. Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required!

Responsibilities · Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards · Carry out service calls & sales visits in your local area, expected make sales calls when not servicing equipment · Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing the new replacement · Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices · Develop relationships with new and existing customers · Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment · Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits · Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule · Perform other related duties as assigned On call duty to support 24/7 service, rotating schedule with other techs · Required weekly sales calls targets (new and current customers), adjusted based on work load each week
Qualifications · High School diploma or GED · Driver’s License with clean driving record
