Hydraulic Technician – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in hydraulic systems and components
• Perform repairs including hose changes, component removal, reconditioning, and reinstallation
• Ensure high-quality, detail-driven work in all repairs
• Participate in skill and competence testing as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
• Must provide own toolbox and related trade tools
• Valid driver’s license and English proficiency required
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
• Ability to work in varied physical positions and lift 50+ lbs

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Overtime available but rarely required

• Ability to commute or relocate to Bend, OR 97702 prior to starting
