    Superior Sales & Service is adding to our growing Tool Repair Department and currently seeking a motivated Hydraulic Repair Technician to join our facility in Plattsmouth, NE. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team where your skills and contributions will make a real impact.

    In this role, you will focus primarily on the diagnosis, repair, rebuilding, and testing of hydraulic tools and hydraulic‑powered equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on hydraulic experience and strong mechanical skills. While hydraulics will be the primary focus, this position may also support repairs on gas‑powered, pneumatic, and small engine tools as needed. Experience in small engine repair is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and repair hydraulic tools, pumps, cylinders, valves, and related components

    Perform teardown, cleaning, seal replacement, rebuilding, and functional testing

    Conduct pressure and flow testing to confirm proper performance

    Document all repair work accurately and thoroughly

    Maintain clean, organized workstations

    Assist with repairs of pneumatic and gas-powered tools as needed

    Qualifications:

    Experience repairing hydraulic equipment or hydraulic systems

    Strong understanding of fluid power principles

    Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and diagrams

    Mechanical troubleshooting skills

    Experience with pneumatic or small engine equipment is beneficial

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    Ability to lift and handle tools/equipment up to 80lbs required

    Schedule:

    Full-time, Monday–Friday

    6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

    40 hours per week expected

    Compensation & Bonus Structure

    Competitive hourly wage based on experience
