This year’s summer internship program begins on Tuesday, May 26th with a customized on-boarding program.  You’ll spend time with our CEO learning about the company’s vision and values as well as hearing about our business goals for 2020 and beyond.  You’ll also hear presentations from each department, so you can get a sense of how the whole company works together.

From there, you’ll start your summer assignment.  You’ll meet regularly with your department manager to update him or her on your progress.  We also provide you with the opportunity to work on other typical company activities, including to the FUN Committee, process improvement events and our quarterly all-employee meeting.

At the end of your summer, you will create and deliver a presentation to the management team to showcase what you’ve accomplished.  By the end of the program, in August you will have done more than just earned money for the upcoming school year.  You’ll have experienced a microcosm of what it’s like in the real work world.
