This role will constantly think of ways to improve the layout, images, descriptions and overall content of all product, brand and category pages with the end goal of providing an amazing customer experience. An ideal candidate will find themselves growing into new responsibilities quickly!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Add Brands and Products to our eCommerce site, making sure the products are merchandised to a T!

• Update site content to adhere to SEO best practices, guided by our SEO experts.

• Comb through our website looking for missing or incorrect data, images and support documents

• Work with Magento, Netsuite, Excel and other programs to manage, import and export data

• Do pricing updates to ensure that we are correctly priced

• Work with other departments to improve our customer experience

Qualifications

•  A hunger for knowledge

• A positive attitude

• A passion for customer service

• Screaming fast computer skillls are required

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment (seriously, it’s nuts out there)

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail (did you notice the extra l in “skills” above?)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 50 words per minute typing is a minimum

• Professional writing experience

• Retail and or e-commerce experience a plus

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Web design/development, reporting experience desired

• Indoor/Outdoor gardening experience is a plus

Compensation

Hourly, depending on experience.
