About the Position: We’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused HydroVac Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate specialized HydroVac trucks to perform non-destructive excavation, daylighting, and trenching. You’ll work on a variety of construction, municipal, and industrial job sites, ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency in all operations.

Responsibilities

Operate HydroVac equipment to safely excavate, expose, and clean underground utilities.

Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance on trucks and equipment.

Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety regulations.

Complete accurate job documentation, including daily logs and safety checklists.

Communicate effectively with crew members, contractors, and site supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized truck, work area, and equipment.

Qualifications

Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record. (CDL is plus)

Previous HydroVac or Hydrovac truck operation experience preferred (will train the right candidate).

Strong understanding of job site safety and safe excavation practices.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
