    LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX

    CONTEXT: Our client, a growing provider of hydrovac / hydro excavation services, is seeking a Sales Representative – Hydrovac and Excavation to drive revenue growth across oil & gas, pipeline, and industrial construction markets. This role is responsible for developing new business and positioning hydrovac services as a safe, efficient solution for excavation and environmental needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and manage relationships with E&P operators, midstream companies, contractors, and industrial clients.
    • Prospect and win new business through cold outreach, networking, and field engagement.
    • Identify opportunities for daylighting, trenching, facility support, and environmental services.
    • Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service scope.
    • Conduct site visits, job walks, and client meetings to understand project needs.
    • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service solutions.
    • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely scheduling, execution, and customer satisfaction.
    • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and manage full sales cycle from lead to close.
    • Stay informed on market activity, competitor positioning, and upcoming projects.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of outside sales experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial services.
    • Experience selling services such as hydrovac, environmental, rentals, or field services preferred.
    • Strong understanding of pipeline, excavation, or field operations is a plus.
    • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
    • Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently.
  • Compensation
    $80,000-$130,000 per year
