Hydroviv is a water science company that was never supposed to be a company. Instead, Hydroviv was founded as a charitable response to the Flint lead crisis in 2015. At this time, Hydroviv’s Founder (Dr. Eric Roy) was building water filters on the kitchen table of his studio apartment in Washington, DC, and donating them to families and child-centric organizations who couldn’t afford the filters otherwise. Hydroviv officially launched nationwide commercially in 2019 with an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank. Since airing on Shark Tank, Hydroviv has bootstrapped its way to rapid growth, and was acquired by Culligan International in Summer 2021.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to play a key role in the performance marketing program and team. The ideal candidate would work to support the Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) and team on all paid media initiatives (Google, Facebook/Meta, Bing, TikTok, etc.) as well as owned channels such as Email and Web.

This is a dream job for a Digital Marketer who is excited to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding business.

If you are a creative type (copy writer/content creator), with a desire to learn more about ad platforms and technical implementation, we will happily train you. Or if you are more experienced with the ads implementation side and have interest in content development (video/copywriting/design), then this role could be a great fit for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Associate (Ecommerce brand)

• Builds, edits and deploys digital ad campaigns (FB/Google/Bing/TikTok)
• Builds, edits and deploys digital marketing email/SMS Campaigns (Klaviyo)
• Prepares reports of relevant KPIs and collaborates with Performance Marketing Manager (PMM)
• Brainstorms creative testing recommendations with Performance Team and prepares creative briefing documents
• Stays current with paid media marketing trends

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:

• Digitally savvy with experience in or willingness to be trained on; Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Facebook
• Ads Manager, TikTok, Klaviyo, and KPI tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• (Nice to have) creative skills, e.g., video, copywriting, design, etc.

The candidate will also require the following;

• Positive team player who is willing to “wear multiple hats”
• Proactive self-starter who can flourish in a remote environment
• Desire to learn and grow in an environment with changing priorities and needs

Hydroviv operates a virtual office for the commercial team, so this position is fully remote, but requires a dedicated workspace with flexibility to travel for occasional in person meetings.
