Dr. Jessica Cohen Orthodontics is looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team! We need someone who is friendly, responsible, detail-oriented, organized and possesses great communication skills. We are looking for someone 5 days/week (Monday-Friday) at our Highland Park location. The main duties include greeting patients, answering phone calls, checking and responding to emails, making appointments, organizing the office, and assisting with marketing efforts. We are looking for an outgoing person who can positively contribute to our office culture. Experience in orthodontics is a huge plus!

**Monday-Friday. Friday is a half day and NO WEEKENDS!

-Required: Customer Service Oriented, Fast Learner & Self-Motivated

-Phone skills/verbal skills/computer skills preferred
