    In this role you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability, you will manage leads, work with existing clients, and close deals.     Your initial responsibilities as a customer sales & service representative:

    develop new customer accounts to increase revenue

    work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs

    conduct client visits with new and existing customers

    educate and engage with our clients

    create and submit sales reports

    utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations

    evaluating each client’s needs, and negotiating successful deals

    work directly with the management team on individual training and development

    increase customer satisfaction

    assists in training or mentoring of associates

    position will interact directly with customers, and all levels of management

    Job Requirements:
