Role Overview

Position: Hyper Wellness Representative Location: Cranberry Twp Type: Part-Time

Our Hyper Wellness Representative welcomes clients, promotes memberships, supports core wellness services, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients, conduct tours, and deliver a best-in-class service experience.

Educate clients on Restore’s therapies and their wellness benefits.

Drive membership and retail sales to meet studio goals.

Manage bookings, client onboarding, and general studio operations.

Support marketing events and outreach efforts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

1+ years of customer service experience

1+ years of sales experience

Experience in a membership–based sales role within health/wellness/fitness industry preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong teamwork mentality

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Intermediate computer skills

Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
