Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of our studio in Murphy and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Restore in Murphy is looking for a part-time representative with opportunity for growth in our organization.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients with enthusiasm and assisting them with our therapies

Helping clients over the phone, text and email and facilitating the booking process

Onboarding new clients, including completing waivers and creating profiles in our system

Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships

Educating clients on Restore services

Performing opening and closing procedures

Maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment for all clients

Creating a fun and engaging culture in our studio

Social Media content and engagement

Qualifications

You’re passionate about health and wellness

You have at least one year of customer service experience

You are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer experience

Working weekends does not bum you out

Your communication skills and personality are high-energy and engaging

You have high energy and are passionate
