Company Overview

Here at Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy – we have elected to draft the position of Hyper Wellness Representative. As the Hyper Wellness Representative, you will be helping people live healthier lives so they can do more of the things they love. Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer service experience.

ARDI Training

You must routinely check the ARDI Portal for updates. Your manager will notify you when new webinars or materials become available. It will be your responsibility to participate in any Hyper Wellness Representative trainings when applicable.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Selling memberships and packages in alignment with client’s wellness goals

Provide tours to new clients and educate on service pairings

Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about scheduling and memberships

Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments

Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees

Ensure clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services

Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking

Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications.

Participate in local health and fitness events as needed and local cross marketing efforts by promoting Restore to neighboring businesses.

Act as first line of customer service around questions and concerns with clients

Performing opening and closing procedures including using checklists and sales dashboards

Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.

Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using out point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Sales Standards

As the Hyper Wellness Representative, you are expected to maintain sales numbers, and at the very least demonstrate a measurable excellence in performance standards and procedures. Sales standards and goals will be determined on a monthly and weekly basis and will be monitored by the management team.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
