About Restore Hyper Wellness Restore Bellingham is locally owned by Dr. Joshua and Kristin Clarkman and opened in January 2025. As part of a nationwide network with 200+ locations, Restore delivers innovative, science-backed therapies that enhance quality of life and promote optimal wellness. While memberships offer the best value, clients can access services at any time.
Role Overview As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
Location: Restore Bellingham | 2411 James St, Bellingham, WA Reports To: Kristin Clarkman, Owner/Manager Compensation: $18–$20/hour + commission Schedule: Part-time and full-time available
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Lead engaging studio tours
Deliver personalized sales experiences aligned with client goals
Educate clients on therapies, benefits, and safety
Build customized wellness plans
Achieve membership, renewal, and retail targets
Client Relations & Operations
Support onboarding (waivers, POS profiles)
Manage calls, scheduling, and inquiries
Conduct outreach for promotions and events
Strengthen relationships through referrals and follow-ups
Studio Operations & Flow
Support daily operations and client flow
Anticipate studio needs and problem-solve proactively
Assist with marketing events and community outreach
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
Represent Restore’s mission in every interaction
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year customer service (required)
1+ year sales experience (required)
Membership-based sales (preferred)
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology (training provided)
Proven ability to drive sales and build relationships
Growth mindset and problem-solving ability
