    Job Summary Synergy Hyperbaric is seeking an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. This position covers the following schedule: Wednesdays 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, Thursdays 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, and every other Saturday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM.

    As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, booking appointments, answering calls, processing payments, and assisting with our hyperbaric chamber services. Candidates must be comfortable learning how to assist clients in and out of the chamber, operating equipment, and providing attentive support throughout their sessions. The ideal candidate is upbeat, reliable, a strong team player, and passionate about wellness and holistic health.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience

    Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations

    Assist clients with paperwork, including intake and consent forms

    Learn to safely assist clients with hyperbaric chamber sessions and equipment operation

    Provide attentive service and support to clients during their therapies

    Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

    Collaborate with team members and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude

    Be open to learning new therapies and expanding with the company

    Qualifications

    2+ years of experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or similar role (medical or wellness background preferred)

    Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service

    Energetic, reliable, and a true team player

    Strong computer and scheduling skills (experience with MindBody software is a plus)

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and positivity
