    Job Summary Synergy Hyperbaric is seeking an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented medical professional (LPN, RN, or individual with strong medical experience) to join our team as a Front Desk & Client Care Coordinator. This part-time position covers the following schedule: Wednesdays 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, Thursdays 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, and every other Saturday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM.

    In this blended role, you will serve as both the welcoming face of our practice and the medically trained professional ensuring client safety in our hyperbaric chamber. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, processing payments, and providing attentive support during hyperbaric sessions. Candidates must be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical oversight.

    Compensation: Hourly rate is competitive, based on experience, and will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    Greet clients warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience

    Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations

    Assist clients with intake, medical history, and consent documentation

    Safely assist and monitor clients during hyperbaric chamber sessions, following medical and safety protocols

    Provide attentive client support and use medical judgment as needed

    Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

    Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, professional culture

    Stay open to learning new therapies and expanding with the company

    Qualifications

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or equivalent medical training/experience – required

    2+ years of medical experience in a clinical, wellness, or outpatient setting preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service

    Energetic, reliable, and a true team player

    Strong computer and scheduling skills (experience with MindBody software is a plus)

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and positivity
