    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    The Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst contributes to Hyperion’s success by ensuring employees receive competitive compensation and benefits. This position is also responsible for timely and accurate administration of and reporting from the HRIS system. Ensuring data security, control, and integrity is a requirement for this role. The Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst must have a strong understanding of data management as it pertains to human resources, including HCM, compensation, payroll, and benefits.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Participates in the development, implementation and administration of global compensation and benefit programs.

    • Participates in salary surveys, analyzes results and makes recommendations.

    • Evaluates new and revised position descriptions and recommends salary range placement based on job evaluation, including appropriate communication and follow-through of approved implementation.

    • Support the Total Rewards team with the annual compensation planning process and administration of the annual merit and incentive calculations.

    • Support the evaluation and administration of benefit plans. Conducts benefits analysis reporting and compliance.

    • Administers the HRIS system. Troubleshoots problems. Develops HRIS user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and provides training to users.

    • Ensures data is entered in a timely and accurate manner. Conducts testing of modules relative to upgrades. Analyzes employee data and provides accurate reporting.

    • Coordinates and prepares data files for mass loads/transmissions

    • Creates and implements processes to gather missing data or to correct any inaccuracies.

    • Ensures company compliance with employee data reporting requirements

    • Responds to requests to create, maintain and support a variety of standard reports and ad-hoc reports

    • Collaborate with IT by attending regular ARS/Active Directory meetings

    • Responds to HR technology users’ inquiries and requests for assistance.

    • Manages issue resolution processes

    • Delivers KPI metrics and process HR survey reporting, adhering to deadlines

    • Creates and maintain employee surveys/questionnaires. Provide follow-up reporting to functional users.

    • Responds to audit requests

    EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field

    • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on HRIS experience

    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required

    • Advanced knowledge of HR data management

    • Strong project management skills

    TRAVEL:

    • Travel generally not required
