HIGH-TICKET SALES CLOSER: REMOTE, COMMISSION-BASED. PAID TRAINING & MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT!

The Hypnosis Training Academy is growing and expanding our team of A-Players to drive sales and help our clients become a force for good in the world. As the largest online hypnosis training site in the world, we have coached 100 000+ hypnotists & hypnotherapists so they can cure phobias, resolve addictive behaviours and help people lead more fulfilling lives. ROLE: HIGH-TICKET SALES CLOSER

LOCATION: Remote

COMPENSATION: Commission-based with earning potential between $104,000 USD - $200,000 USD/yr + Bonus

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED A-PLAYER WHO: 

• is a highly skilled closer, with experience closing high-ticket deals ($3,000-$10,000 USD per sale) 

• is a fast learner - able to retain information and concepts and then implement 

• is excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects

• is passionate about helping others reach their goals

• billing clients accordingly 

• has a strong ability to listen and understand what is needed

• wants to make a difference (mission-driven)

• has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE… 

• Selling via video chat (Zoom) & phone calls

• Following up with clients via email and/or text

• Proactively share ideas to improve sales process & pitch to your teammates 

• Accurately record the customer's personal information in our CRM software

• Keeping records of calls and sales stats in provided sheets

• Collaborating with team to improve sales overall to reach targets

• Interacting with potential customers each day - SO IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU LOVE CONNECTING WITH PEOPLE.
