Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of franchise sales. We are now three (3) Franchise brands operating under one roof and this position will have the opportunity to sell all three (3) brands.
Duties include
- Qualify prospects based on meeting/exceeding financial requirements, knowledge of desired market and operational plan
- Conduct or assist in the presentation of the advantages, benefits, and salable features of owning a Franchise
- Educate prospects on our systems
- Perform daily CRM and database management tracking leads throughout the sales process
- Manage communications from initial franchising inquiries to successful execution of agreement.
- Document all calls, meetings and other discussions in CRM as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Franchise Sales
- Excellent knowledge of franchising laws and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
NO REMOTE WORK - Position is in Boca Raton, FL at Corporate Headquarters
