Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):

• Review and type in title work for insurance customers
• Complete applications for salvage titles
• Complete the entire process of setting up the sales
• Processes salvage titles from the state
• Staying current with title/salvage laws in multiple states

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Title Clerk (1-2 years)
• Basic computer skills
• Time management skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills
• Professional and clean appearance
• Able to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to function well as part of a team

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years State/National title processing experience
• Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements
• Maintaining customer databases
