Assists in analyzing program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule and performance related to government contracts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Assists in monitoring costs incurred, program performance and provides status information
• Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files*
• Assists in researching, planning, analyzing and organizing technical and/or statistical information and develop data for use in briefings, publications and reports relative to program matters
• Assists in preparing program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, waivers, etc. in accordance with RMF standards and eMASS requirements
• Assists in developing working knowledge of government policies and guidelines as well as corporate practices and procedures to include RMF, NIST 800-53 and other applicable DoD
• Provides assistance with financial tracking systems and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support these systems*
• Collects and makes arrangements for distribution of materials to the government missions, program offices, and cooperating agencies*
• Helps plan, schedule and execute special activities as required
• May train as an ISSO in order to fulfill requirements for RMF compliance

Required Skills Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
• Minimum of 0-2 related years’ experience
• Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
• Prior experience generating SOP's, MOA's, policies and procedures
• Prior experience supporting/briefing SES level executives
• Prior experience with financial tracking
• Valid DoD Secret clearance required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with ACI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

GFEBS Certification. The Contractor shall possess a working knowledge of GFEBS and shall complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) days of contract start. The Contractor shall provide certificates of completion for all roles required to perform the requirements of the position. The Contractor shall be responsible for GFEBS data entry and reporting. The project status analyst shall have, at a minimum, one year of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
