Summary:
This job position is within the United States near Dayton OH supporting the Special Warfare Acquisition Growth & Refresh (SWAGR) Inventory Control Point (ICP). As the Logistics Supervisor you will perform and supervise logistics tasks that support daily operations of a contract to establish, operate and maintain the SWAGR Inventory Control Point (ICP) and responsible for:
- Inventory management of equipment & software (property accountability support)
- Processing customer requests using inventory control database with workflows
- Data entry for multiple property control systems
- Print and analyze reports
- Receiving, and inspecting physical condition of received shipments
- Kitting and packaging
- Shipping
- Shipping documentation and labeling
- Warranty coordination and routing support (repair & return)
- Demilitarization coordination and routing support
- Additional Logistics support activities as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)
- Process customer requests using automated database for inventory control.
- Manages and performs logistics tasks required to operate and maintain the Special Warfare Acquisition, Growth and Refresh (SWAGR) warehouse operations
- Supervises onsite personnel performing shipping, receiving, handling, storage and inventory tasks
- Supervises warehouse operations when the warehouse supervisor is not available
- Prepares routine scheduled and unscheduled logistics reports for input to contract deliverables, Internal reporting and management.
- Maintains configuration management baseline database, tracking end-item warranty status, and repair and return tracking as required
- Manage Maximo database (inventory management system)
- Facilitate DRMO actions as required
- Complies with IAP Supply Chain Risk Management and Counterfeit Prevention procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Level of Supervision: Supervises a small team and works unsupervised in a reliable manner to complete all tasks within schedule and quality standards.
Required Education & Experience: (or equivalent)
- Associates Degree and or 5 years of logistics operations experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of logistics operations experience

Required:
- Experience using automated database to process customer requests and associated logistics tasks associated with systems using process workflows.
Preferred:
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project). Experience using Basic Airman Replenishment system (BARs) and Tactical Control Air Party (TACP-M) software and website
- Experience using Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
- Experience using Maximo®
- Experience supervising personnel
