THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This is a client facing role. Use Tier 3 mobile systems expertise to perform technical research, system engineering, and test and integration of mobile capabilities, including mobile device management, e-mail proxy, and enterprise services integration for incorporation into and operations and sustainment of a government client mobility service. Apply defense-in-depth security strategies to Mobile Application Store (MAS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including mobile operating systems based on iOS, Android, and Windows. Engineer, design, and perform requirements and regression testing on mobile capabilities, including MDM, mobile content management, and ActiveSync and validate interoperability prior to deployment into DoD enterprise architectures. Apply knowledge of various commercially provided MDM or MAS solutions, their interaction with Exchange ActiveSync, and communication with end user mobile devices

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)

• Experience with Windows administration, including Active Directory, ADLDS, DNS, and Group Policy
• Experience with top tier mobile device management, including MobileIron, AirWatch, and UEM administration
• Experience with hardware, including server, workstation, or storage integration
• Experience with system testing, including component developmental test and evaluation (DT&E), system integration testing (SIT), system acceptance testing (SAT), government acceptance testing (GAT) regression testing, interoperability (IOP) testing, and operational T&E (OT&E)
• Experience with server or application hardening, including patch management, STIGs, HBSS, IAVMs and WSUS, and DoD security requirement

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:

• Provides thought leadership and leads technical team through problems logically, including independently and proactively providing quality oral and written guidance on ad hoc issues to senior leadership in a timely fashion.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (OR EQUIVALENT)

• BS and 5 years of experience or 10 years of related engineering experience
• Experience leading and managing a mobile Tier III teams supporting an EMM
• Demonstrated experience executing EMM system upgrades
• Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise and strong working knowledge of mobile management

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• IAT Level II or higher certification

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Experience with the deployment of mobile devices, including end-to-end engineering and integration of MDM solutions

• Experience with networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and firewalls preferred

• Experience with end-to-end mobile enterprise architectures, including mobile infrastructure, remote network access, and identify management

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

Travel to where: National Capital Region, CONUS, OCONUS

• Active Secret
