Work will begin in March 2024 COLSA Corporation is seeking an Influence Operations Planner in support of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico VA. This work includes support to influence operations task functions requires interaction with service and joint level audiences. The ideal candidate will support influence planning focused on the functions of Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Civil Military Operations (CMO). This support will include planning support for forward deployed elements and other supporting establishments. This task requires an ability to support the development of PSYOP plans for approval along with an understanding of PSYOP policy, doctrine and training
to support the below responsibilities. The Influence Operations Planner shall have senior level experience the utilization of military planning processes, e.g. JPP, PSYOP 7-Step Process, JPP, and relevant supporting training/certification process. Task may require off-site support and periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel.
