    CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

    JOB TITLE:  CLEANING TECH

    SUMMARY:

    Perform special cleaning projects as well as daily cleaning duties in accordance with standard procedures of the housekeeping department for office space and billeting. Supervise the work of a crew of Other Country Nationals to operate cleaning equipment, including automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers and other necessary equipment, tools, chemicals and supplies.

    RMS WILL BE INSTALLATION SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES IN QATAR AS PART OF THE AFCAP V CONTRACT.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Dry and wet mop floors.
    • Scrub and buff floors with rotor and other machines.
    • Vacuum carpets to clean and control bacteria.
    • Transport and dispose of trash.
    • Perform special cleaning of induction units, walls, lighting fixtures, and windows, both inside and outside.
    • Move furniture and set up meeting rooms.
    • Collect soiled linen.
    • Assist in cleaning emergency spills that are observed or as requested.
    • Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and request repairs when needed.
    • Report need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
    • Perform low and high dusting
    • Perform AC Unit and Filter Cleaning
    • Clean laundry rooms around and under the washers and dryers.
    • Restroom cleaning services with re-supply
    • General spot cleaning

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • One (1) year of experience in the industry.

    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
    • Valid Driver’s License and be able to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission.
    • Must have a Valid US Passport.

    TRAVEL:   100% in deployed location.
