  • Responsibilities

    Supporting the RPA team will support this integration of technology within the business Adhere and assist in developing best practices to drive consistency of adoption and use of Robotic Process Automation tools. Desired candidate will have a strong balance of Agile knowledge as well as the business acumen to support the communication and implementation of the RPA program. Support Bot development utilizing Automation Anywhere. Supervise and mentor junior developers Complete design reviews Development of Metabots and ownership of metabot maintenance Development of Automation frameworks Support AA upgrades Trouble shoot technical issues (tier 3) MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1) .NET Background ( / C#) and with VBA Macro Knowledge, as most of the RPA tool (AA, UiPath, OpenSpan) are built on top of .NET hence the concept are closely related 2) .NET Architect background would be added advantage ( who can bring a great understand of API Usage / reusable Components) and providing architectural control over solution design 3) Expertise in creating Reusable MetaBot and In-depth Understanding of MetaBots and leverage using DLL 4) Problem Solving ability and providing solution around RPA AA issues in general., 5) Good to have knowledge about Cognitive Automation like IQBot etc., 6) Infrastructure experience operating in an on prem VM environment 7) AWS experience • Functional expert within the RPA COE area • Coordinate aspects of project lifecycle relating to RPA impact to COE processes and procedures • Coordinate blueprinting sessions; provide business scenarios and high level data requirements for integration testing • Coordinate cross-functional teams tasked with writing and categorizing development objects, workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, templates and forms along with process design documentation • Correct, modify, and approve RPA program Specifications documents (technical design) and ensure their adherence to COE requirements • Assist with vendor and IT coordination in support of client RPA environment. • Assist and partner with IT, vendors, and business partners on infrastructure expansion for the RPA platform and upgrades as required. • Support the implementation of automation journey a process encounters as its journeys from ideation through automation UAT and then go-live. • Assist program leadership in establishing and evaluating infrastructure capacity management approach, in conjunction with IT. • Work with stakeholder community to promote compliance with CoE standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management in accordance with CoE guidelines and processes.
