    SUMMARY

    As the Fleet Management/Analysis Supervisor, you will team with providing vehicle management, maintenance, material control and ground transportation (VMMMC) at Bagram and Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan to include performance and supervision of On-Line Vehicle Integrated Management System (OLVIMS) management functions, including inputting data into the OLVIMS computer system and verifying its accuracy.

     

    --- THIS POSITION REQUIRES HAVING A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE ---

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • FM&A functions in accordance with AFCSM 24-1, AFI 24-302 and other applicable publications/directives
    • Management of a fleet of Government owned, locally leased, OGVMCs non-registered vehicles and any other vehicles as directed by USAFCENT/A4RV.
    • Manage and process all local US Air Force directed vehicle registrations, re-registrations and renewals including fuel registrations on Air Force owned vehicles assigned.
    • Manage vehicle leasing program. Input data to the OLVIMS and Standard Base Supply (SBSS) computer systems and verifies data accuracy. Prepare, review and correct OLVIMS system products.
    • Coordinate and ensure the timely repair of assigned vehicles, monitor contract, and warranty repairs and develop long and short-range plans and programs to keep maintenance schedules on track
    • Develop base vehicle priority buy program, vehicle minimum essential levels, vehicle priority recall listing and vehicle rotation plan.
    • Control and administer the delayed maintenance and accident and abuse.
    • Input data to the OLVIMS or DPAS computer system and verify data accuracy.
    • Prepare, review and correct OLVIMS or DPAS system products as required.
    • Perform fleet maintenance and operations analysis.
    • Data for mandated reporting requirements such as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Status of Resources and Training Systems (SORTS)
    • Coordinate with work center supervisors and others applicable organizations to ensure timely repair of assigned vehicles
    • Monitor contract and warranty repairs, status and funding.
    • Maintain and file vehicle historical data and maintain current vehicle records

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in functions such as vehicle management policies and procedures, preferably with the USAF AFSC of 2T3X7.
    • Extensive experience with Defense/Property Accountability System (DPAS) Maintenance Modules, Logistics, Installations, and Mission Support – Enterprise View (LIMS-EV), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), IMDS and fleet management functions
    • Previous supervisory experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce on a vehicle maintenance contract

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

    • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications,
    • Experience with LIMS-EV and fleet management systems and functions to perform fleet maintenance and operations analysis
    • Experience providing excellent customer services.
    • Full understanding and comply with AFI 91-203, Air Force Consolidated Occupational Safety Instructions and KAF HAZMAT policy.
    • Flight line driving permits and the relevant restricted area permits. (TMI 17)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
    • Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.
    • Experience with OLVIMS or DPAS Maintenance Modules, LIMS-EV, AFEMS, IMDS, and fleet management functions
