  • Responsibilities

    Formatting content according to an agreed upon style template.  Formatting consists of Overviews, Q&As, Presentations, videos, and other assets in various software include PPT, Word, Excel, .wave, etc. 40% of the time Uploading content into the correct system adding metadata as required for consistent cataloging and tracking. Responsible for asset tracking, uploads, and reports for content and videos located on YouTube, external websites, and other applicable systems. Must be able to do basic HTML coding. 40% of the time Reporting monthly statistics such as active users, projects created, etc.  Presenting the report data in both numerical and graphical versions.  10% of the time. Loading videos to You Tube, and associated tracking; managing SlideShare implementation, and associated tracking; managing the loading of assets, asset inventory, expiration dates and tracking for public website.  10% of the time. MUST HAVE SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an ADVANCED Level.   Must be proficient with HTML. Critical eye to review and edit content with special emphasis placed on grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, graphics. Experience in spreadsheet maintenance required. DESIRED SKILLS: Experience with sales and marketing programs.  Experience with, and understanding of, telecom products and services. Working knowledge of SQL EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office Certifications preferred High School diploma required. 2-5 years experience in office setting with increasing responsibilities preferred. REQUIRED SHIFT: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
